USE
The Autotank is an automatic, self-contained, stainless steel refrigeration tank designed to cool wines, musts and other liquids to programmed temperatures. It is ideal for cooling and stabilising wines down to -5°C, cooling musts with or without skins and producing wine or must concentrates. Also suitable for juices, syrups, spirits, beverages, milk and pharmaceutical products.
FEATURES
- High Quality Materials: Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with interior available in AISI 316 on request, and 80 mm polyurethane insulation.
- Refrigeration System: Semi-hermetic FREON 22 compressor with water condensation as standard and air condensation on request. Direct expansion of the FREON takes place on the inner cylindrical wall, covering about 3/4 of the surface.
- Electro Agitator: 3-blade slow agitator made of stainless steel, prevents ice from forming on the inner walls.
Advanced Control: Watertight resin electrical panel with digital telethermostat, automatic motor protection and manual or automatic mode. - Functional Design: Conical bottom with central drain on 3 stainless steel feet, top manhole and outer shell welded with satin welds.
