These 15,000-liter stainless steel maturation tanks are designed for the controlled maturation of cocoa and chocolate mass, a phase where thermal stability and uniform agitation directly impact the product's viscosity, homogeneity, and final quality. The tanks are insulated to limit heat loss, while the jacket allows for temperature management via a service fluid. The special agitator ensures slow and constant movement, preventing mechanical stress on the mass. A walkway, level sensors, and the option to integrate an electrical control panel, piping, pumps, and stainless steel valves allow for seamless integration into existing systems, improving process control, operational safety, and production continuity.
