USE
Concretank is a concrete tank designed for oenological use, intended for wine fermentation, storage and ageing.
The mass of the concrete and the geometry of the tank promote natural thermal stability and internal convective movements that support a regular fermentation process, enhancing the organoleptic profile of the product.
The tank is permanently installed inside the winery and can be integrated with temperature control systems, walkways and standard oenological accessories.

FEATURES
The structure is made of monolithic concrete with high thermal inertia, with an internal surface suitable for food contact. The shapes are rectangular or customizable according to the available winery space.
Concretank can be prepared for integration with cooling or heating systems. Stainless steel doors, valves and oenological accessories are the same as those commonly used on traditional tanks.
Capacities can be custom-built, and the structure ensures high mechanical strength and long-term durability.

ADVANTAGES
The high thermal inertia of the concrete reduces temperature fluctuations and promotes more regular and controlled fermentations. The absence of vibrations and the structural stability contribute to a harmonious evolution of the wine.
The material is not subject to corrosion and requires minimal maintenance over time. In addition, Concretank naturally integrates into the architecture of the winery, becoming a structural element of it.

Concretank is suitable for red and white wine fermentation, skin maceration, pre-bottling storage and ageing of structured wines. It is particularly suitable for quality-oriented productions, where the container actively participates in the oenological process thanks to its physical characteristics.
